I would like to thank the entire team at Crabtree Toyota in Watertown who made the entire car purchasing process seemless and enjoyable (none of the sterotypical sleezy car salesmanship at this dealer). They treat everyone with respect and work on getting you the best deal possible. They are honest and work with you from start to finish. I traded in a car and got the best value for the trade in. They actually drove to a different dealer to get the car I wanted since they didn't have it in stock that day. I was greeted warmly right away and was promptly assisted. A special shout out to my excellent salesman Cristian (ask for him by name, you won't regret it) who took care of everything from A-Z, with the capable assistance of his manager Bobby. Hudson in the back office took care of the paperwork quickly and efficently, and before I knew it, Nardia was expertly guiding me how to use my new car and all the new features. All in all it was a great experience. This is my 3rd car at this dealer and I will go back for my next one because of the excellent service they provide.

Eddie Soto was great. He posted a used tundra on Facebook and I inquired about it. When I got here, I fell in love with the new tundra instead. His manager Robert was very helpful and gave us a really good deal! I strongly suggest seeing Eddie Soto at Crabtree Toyota!!

Let me start by saying that I had recently purchased a truck from this Toyota Crabtree dealership. After the purchase, I ended up having a huge issue at hand with the product. Part of the issue was my fault and part was the dealership's fault. The semantics are irrelevant. What is relevant, is the fact that Robert Catalan, along with the dealership, stepped up to go above and beyond in order to rectify the issue. That speaks volumes in terms of a dealership, considering the majority of them do not care about customers post sale. This Crabtree dealership is quite the opposite. Crabtree showed me that they not only care about the customer during the buying the process, but they also care about the customer post purchase. In the end, this was a pleasant experience for me and I will continue to return in the future. I will be recommending my friends/family to this Crabtree Toyota, but to only work with Robert Catalan. To whomever may read this, I cannot recommend Robert Catalan enough. If this review is what gives you the confidence to set foot within this dealership, I urge you to ask for Robert Catalan.
