My husband and I were walk ins at Crabtree after visiting another dealership with no luck and being unimpressed. We were immediately met by Steven S. who intently listened to what we were looking for and paired us with exactly what we wanted, and was so helpful with all of our questions. We then spoke with the manager Frank P. who listened to our concerns about finances and he also took time (and stayed after closing with Steven!) to show us exactly how the numbers would work. The next morning, we decided to move forward, and to sign the papers we met with Jonathan I. He was also outstanding and helped us to find the best rate and thouroughly explained all of our options. We could not be happier with the professionalism and friendliness of the team and all of their help.
