I think a lot of people are nervous to deal with a car salesperson, so when we visited Crabtree Toyota, out comes Nardia Pryce and my concerns melted into thin air! She was delightful to deal with. She was efficient, going through the steps of looking at different cars, driving them, and making a selection. She was personable as well, chatting with us while we waited for some of the paperwork to be generated. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a Toyota or a used car, as this dealership has many to choose from. We were also pleased to meet Ednie the manager, who was instrumental in making the deal. Suffice to say we were happy with it.

Selection of used cars is very good, though slim for hybrids (which is understandable because they are highly desirable right now). The staff is friendly and charismatic. However, the communication does fall short. We inquired about a RAV4 that we were highly motivated to buy, but we did not get a straight answer on availability for over a week. The staff brought out a RAV4 that was a newer year so we could test drive something. The staff did not follow up when we asked for the price, but when we checked the website it turned out it was nearly $10k above our budget. It had way more mileage than we were comfortable with on a 2 year old car, and it also vibrated on one side during the test drive, which could point to problems with the differential. I do wish it turned out differently. We really liked that many of the cars come certified used with a warranty and they were willing to see if they could work out a lower interest rate. We ultimately decided to search elsewhere.

Lorenna in sales and Priscilla in finance, both were great, helpful and easy to work with. My overall experience was wonderful, both are highly recommended.
