I didn’t know my salesman Steve or the manager Frank before I stopped by Crabtree Toyota in Watertown to look at a vehicle. Steve was very knowledgeable and courteous and either answered my questions on the spot or was able to get me the answer quickly. I was not an easy customer, very focused and intent on what I wanted and they made sure I did not leave the dealership without my car. I had to use Toyota Crabtree services multiple times initially to fix my old but loved Camry 2005. Glenn (the mechanic) was always honest and straightforward regarding what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Eventually, I had to trade in my old car and I just bought a new RAV4 Hybrid 2024. I am so thankful to the salesman Evan, who guided me through the whole process of purchasing a new car. He was very attentive to my criteria, always available for any of my questions or concerns and made this whole process much easier than it could be. I am so happy with my new RAV4, it feels like a perfect match, and I highly recommend Evan and the whole team to all potential clients ☺️
