The best car buying experience we have ever had. Heloise, made the process painless by doing most of the work over the phone. We agreed on a price in the morning, arrived at the dealership in the afternoon, paid the agreed price, and left with our Sienna. Total time spent at the dealership 1 hour. Amazing given our past experiences.

I had the best car experience I have ever had. My sales person was Heloise Koger. She felt more like a friend than a salesperson. She was not only knowledgeable but really took my needs and requirements seriously and made sure I got what I wanted at a great price. The finance person; Priscilla, was also fantastic and made the financing stress free, not pushy and very honest as to what was the best finance option was for me .I will never go anywhere else. It was a dream experience, and I love my new Tundra ❤️.

I had the pleasure of working with Heloise Koger, and I must say, she’s an absolute gem. Her extensive knowledge, respect and kindness made our interaction truly enjoyable. She made sure I test drove the Grand Highlander I was interested in even, if it was for short distance. She offered me coffee while explaining the difference between the Platinum series Grand Highlander & the not so loaded base displayed on the dealership floor. We visited Crabtree Toyota yesterday to explore our options—either buying out our current lease or starting a new one. Although we haven’t made a decision yet, the experience was excellent thanks to Jayden. He really listened to what we were looking for, took us out for test drives, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Since he’s newer, he wasn’t hesitant to involve his manager Ednie when needed, which we appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience with both and we would definitely recommend Crabtree Toyota.

Our salesman Joe Hernandez was a real pleasure to work with, fully accommodated our needs and was awesome in communicating with us to make our purchase run smoothly. Joe is everything you'd want in a car salesman and went out of his way to make us happy with our choice of dealership and vehicle! Nik in finance was equally helpful and there was no hard sell, just good advice. Thanks again! Update: We have had our Corolla Cross for a year now and still love it as much as when we drove it off the lot. We took it in for it's first checkup and the service department was very easy to work with!
