Eddie and Robert were the best I absolutely loved working with them however the rest of the staff and service department were horrible, I would recommend buying a car from them but would skip taking it to the service department!

Salesman Carlos Mateo was fantastic! Although he is a fairly new employee, he did a good job working with us. Carlos was polite and accommodating. Got us answers to any questions we had. Love our new 4Runner and will definitely look him up for our next vehicle purchase!

Let me start by saying that I had recently purchased a truck from this Toyota Crabtree dealership. After the purchase, I ended up having a huge issue at hand with the product. Part of the issue was my fault and part was the dealership's fault. The semantics are irrelevant. What is relevant, is the fact that Robert Catalan, along with the dealership, stepped up to go above and beyond in order to rectify the issue. That speaks volumes in terms of a dealership, considering the majority of them do not care about customers post sale. This Crabtree dealership is quite the opposite. Crabtree showed me that they not only care about the customer during the buying the process, but they also care about the customer post purchase. In the end, this was a pleasant experience for me and I will continue to return in the future. I will be recommending my friends/family to this Crabtree Toyota, but to only work with Robert Catalan. To whomever may read this, I cannot recommend Robert Catalan enough. If this review is what gives you the confidence to set foot within this dealership, I urge you to ask for Robert Catalan.
